Tom McGuire is a seasoned tech professional with over 40 years of experience in solving business problems through innovative solutions and transforming working practices. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Tom is a problem solver, innovator, leader, and educator with expertise in change management, corporate training, executive coaching, and leadership development. Known for his holistic approach, he effectively balances business, technical, and people needs, guiding multi-disciplined teams with a clear vision and servant leadership style. Tom’s pragmatic and adaptive solutions are tailored to individual circumstances, ensuring impactful and sustainable results.
Farid Nat is the Global People and Organization Agile Transformation Lead at Siemens, based in The Hague, Netherlands. With extensive experience as a Lean/Agile Transformation Lead, Farid is a thought leader and co-author of The Align system for Business Agility. He excels as an Agile and DevOps Leadership Coach, Flow Ambassador, Agile Project Manager, and Business Analyst. As a T-shaped management consultant, Farid bridges business and IT, adept in portfolio management, project management, and Agile methodologies. He also serves as a strategic board member of the Business Agility Institute Netherlands.
Guy Van Put is an Agile Coach with extensive experience in the IT and services industry. Based in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area, he excels in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating to help organizations create better value for their customers. His expertise spans Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Business Agility, Product Management, Systems Thinking, and more. Co-founder of Belcadi Blackwood Associates and co-creator of The Align® System, Guy is dedicated to improving organizational practices through a comprehensive and adaptable approach. His skills also include executive coaching, corporate training, and management consulting.
